D1.1a – Project management handbook
The project management handbook outlines the internal procedures of the SoFAIR project consortium in terms of project execution, administrative management, management structures, communication and collaboration. It contains all relevant information for consortium partners to refer to during the project.
This deliverable outlines the principles and guidelines for ethical conduct within the SoFAIR project. The plan ensures that all project members are aware of their responsibilities and obligations, adhere to recognized ethical practices, and maintain
transparency and integrity throughout the research process. It aims to promote ethical behaviour, protect participants’ rights, and uphold the reputation of the research community. By implementing this Ethics Management Plan, the SoFAIR team aims to uphold the highest ethical standards, safeguard the well-being of participants, and maintain the trust and integrity of the research endeavour.
D2.1 – Communication and Dissemination Plan
This task focuses on designing the SoFAIR communication, dissemination plan, and exploitation plan, where the strategy for the project’s communication and dissemination is outlined with a clear division of responsibilities between partners. D2.2 – First report on communication and dissemination activities
The first Communication and Dissemination Report for the SoFAIR project outlines 2024 activities in alignment with the Communication and Dissemination Plan. It details internal measures, including the adoption of standardised document templates, dedicated mailing lists, and real-time collaboration tools like Slack and Discord, ensuring efficient communication. D4.1 – Starting environment for human annotation of software mentions
This deliverable presents the available environment for producing manual annotations of software mentions usable by the Softcite Software mention recognizer. It describes the requirements related to the documents to be annotated, to the manual annotations to be produced, and to the expected quality and formats. It also describes the different tools available to support the production of the annotations.
